DEI, Politics, & YOU?
Hello everyone!
I promise I will not be asking too many questions, but I feel like there are two topics of importance that should be shared and noted. But first, my question; How are you? Are you happy with yourself, work, life? Stressed over your finances, state of the economy, etc.? Have you been ignoring the news because you think it is fake, depressing, or skewed to one side?
These are my answers to the above questions: I am fine, overall. Definitely stressed over finances, state of the economy, and I could scream at the television whenever I hear about someone being unfairly detained by ICE. But that’s just me. I’m here to talk about You. What are YOUR thoughts about the state of the economy? How are YOU coping with seeing Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion initiatives being rolled back in Colleges, Universities, Nonprofit, & For profit corporations? Have you been discussing strategic plans with your Communications departments? What are YOUR contingency plans?
These are just some of the questions that any person, regardless of industry, should be asking. As a small business owner, these are just some of the questions that I would be asking any group of people, a client, or potential client. One thing that I always strive to have is multiple contingency plans. Always expect a crisis, and make sure that there is a plan in place before the crisis actually happens. For those of us in the Communications industry, having a strategic plan in place for our clients, regardless of industry, is something that we all have. As the Founder & CEO of DuBois PR, LLC., I ALWAYS have a plan in place for my clients. When you are ready to stop stressing about the state of the economy, diversity, equity, & inclusion initiatives, or your organizations Strategic Plan, contact me. As the Founder & CEO of DuBois PR, LLC., I can, & will continue to work with your Communications department to ensure that whatever crisis you are experiencing does NOT cause your company or organization to close their doors. That your company or organization will have a clear set of strategic communications in place. That all your hard work, dedication, and hours on top of hours of sleepless nights are not in vain.
Please support small businesses like DuBois PR, LLC., I welcome all companies and organizations, regardless of industry here in Philadelphia, PA, and beyond. I look forward to hearing from you all. Sincerely,
Tiffany DuBois-Morales DuBois PR, LLC.
